    yuki! i can’t eat mushrooms 🙁 can you give me an idea what can i substitute it with? thank you ^^

      Hi Ann!

      Oh noes! Then just don’t add the mushrooms! My previous veggie meat recipe was without mushrooms. I started adding them because I love mushrooms, and they add some nice texture 😀 But it still tastes great without them!

    I love love love a good hamburger. Tell me the truth does this subsitute for meat taste like a good ol’fashion hamburger. I will run out to the stores to buy everything needed for this recipe if you can promise this.

    Hi Yuki,
    I just discovered your great recipes it’s cute and seem delicious.
    Just a little note because you care about your health : you can check yourself about the danger to use a non-stick pan, teflon or similar are definitely unhealthy I had a lot of problems using it. Specially it would never be used up to medium heat otherwise you will eat some of the product in your food 🙁

    こんにちは!
    ベジタリアンの息子のためサーチをしてたらこのサイトにたどり着きました。
    質問ですが、プリント用では”ハチミツ”は記載されてませんが
    インストラクションでは調味料にハチミツが書いてありますが、分量はどのくらいでしょうか?
    材料は混ぜ合わせる準備ができてます〜
