    This looks good! Have you tried making red velvet cake with this colouring? Does the colour remain vibrant red after baking? Your site’s so fun to read!

      Thank you! It will look rather pink. If you add more beetroot and extract it well, you can probably create a very red color but I haven’t tried it yet!

    Can I boil this so the liquid evaporates and all that remain is the concentraded product?
